September 2020 ViMBAR Match

A small turnout for this month’s match. Jim and Bill gave us five stages, all ten rounds.

Prone supported on Stage One, alternating targets at 200 and 300yds.

Sitting supported on Stage Two, engaging targets at 200, 300, and 400yds. Three, three, and four rounds. No sight adjustment after the first shot.

Alternating targets at 150 and 200yds on Stage Three from sitting unsupported position.

Six pistol rounds to start Stage Four at a large 35yd. target. Then engage a single 175yd. target from an offhand position.

Stage Five, the tiebreaker, started with the grenade pitch and then six pistol rounds at a medium 20yd. target. From any unsupported position, engage targets at 100, 160, and 220 yds, three, three, and four rounds.

Possible high score of 65.

Stage One. From prone supported position, engage a single 275yd. target.

Engage close to far on Stage Two, with targets at 200, 300, and 400yds. Three, three, and four rounds each. Sitting supported, no sight adjustment after the first shot.

Sitting unsupported on Stage Three, engaging a single diamond target at 175yds.

Six pistol rounds to start Stage Four, at a large 35yd. target. Then from standing position, engage a single 175yd. target.

The grenade pitch to start Stage Five, the tiebreaker. Six pistol rounds on a medium 20yd. target. From any unsupported position, engage targets at 160, 220, and 100yds, three, four, and three rounds.

Alternate targets at 400 and 300yds on Stage Two, from sitting supported position. No sight adjustment after the first shot. Two points for all hits on the 400yd. target.

Sitting unsupported on Stage Three, alternating targets at 150 and 200yds.

Engage a single 175yd. Target on Stage Four, from standing position.

The grenade pitch to start Stage Five, and then six pistol rounds at a medium 25yd. target. From any unsupported position, engage targets at 100, 160 and 220yds. Three, three and four rounds.
