Desert Sportsman’s Executive Range Officer is on Emergency Leave.
Effective 1/20/2015, DSRPC President Joe Bognar has delegated the ERO duties/responsibilities to the following individuals until the ERO returns from leave:
- Ron Ainsworth: Scheduling of ranges
- Walt Reulback: General range operations, routine range maintenance, completion of range improvement projects, Chairman of Range Construction Committee, and scheduling of DSRPC employees
Effective Immediately 50 BMG Is Prohibited On All Ranges
For safety reasons the E-Board has voted to immediately
stop the use of .50 BMG caliber firearms on all ranges.
Except for special events approved by the E-Board.
The next General Meeting will be held Tuesday, April 7th, 7:00pm,
at the D.S.R.P.C. Clubhouse.
Reminder: There will be unscheduled closings of various ranges and the entire range may
be closed from time to time for maintenance & improvements. We will make every effort to
schedule these closures on the calendar. Please check the latest calendar for time, range,
or match schedule changes.

Current Range Hours: 7:00am – 5:00pm
All Members and guests are to Sign in When Entering the Facility.
Remember to have proof of membership with you when you use the range.
Those without proof (i.e. Membership badge) may be denied use of the range.
Members bringing guests to the range. You are responsible for your guests.
If you leave the range, they must leave with you.
All guests will be required to pay a $5.00 fee. If a person is a participant at one of
our club weekend match disciplines they will just pay their match fee on that day.
If you are observed using illegal targets on any range your
membership will be pulled. Illegal targets include: trash barrels, clay pigeons,
glass, cans, rocks, bottles, blocks, golf balls, etc. on any range!
Leave the targets on their assigned ranges. Remember that when
someone is setting up targets, firearms are not to be handled!
