Raising the Flag:
The Club flagpole has been repainted, and a new pulley system installed. Old Glory is once again flying proudly over DSRPC! Thanks for your patience while we searched for a cost effective solution.
Re-Paving Project Update:
The DSRPC President and Secretary visited the Clark County Construction Commission on 8/18 and 8/21 to discuss the upcoming road repair and paving project. We have been given the go-ahead by the Dust Control Authority and the County Construction group that issues grading permits. The Club also offered to apply for a General Maintenance Permit and were informed that one would not be necessary. Joe Orlick and Arlan Levitan attended a Dust Control class on 8/21 and were issued the Dust Cards required to apply for Dust Permits.
Paving should begin sometime in mid-September. Watch DSRPC.ORG for any related range closures. All ranges will remain open during re-paving of the main entrance. Entry to the range during work on the main entrance will be via the construction access road, which has been cleared of debris. Range 6 will remain open during all road work.
