Custom Factory 22 Rimfire Benchrest and Charger Match
It was a Super Match on Super Bowl Sunday. Thirteen total shooters that shoot our two rifle classes. Winds were often calm with only a slight breeze picking up later in the morning. All in all a great day to shoot rimfire for score.
First up is the custom class. George inspired Howard to step up his game after the first relay. Howard’s strong second target was enough to recover and take the match win. Some of the shooters are showing nice improvements in their scores but we all are enjoying the crisp mornings out at the range.

Next up are the unlimited class scores. Once again John was rock solid with a total score of 496-25X out of a possible 500-50X. Sheldon was right there, just one point and a few Xs behind. Long time rimfire shooter Steve B joined us today and shot extremely well considering he was installing his scope 5 minutes before the start of the match.

Lastly, four shooters stuck around to shoot the Charger match. Now that Ruger is producing Chargers again we had two new shooters – Steve W and Stephanie. Chargers appear to be readily available if anyone interested in joining the Charger match.
